Diskussioun:The Flowers of Romance

This is likely to be an hoax. Look at the "official website". And look at the english article for more reliable informations. --Snowdog 15:07, 16 Juli 2005 (UTC)

  • Prove it. Why do you think so? Because at the website are skull & bones and is written the word "pirates"? --Black Cat 10:00, 17. Juli 2005 (CEST)

Vu datt ech a leschter Zäit schlecht Erfahrunge mat Homonymiessäite gemaach hunn, wollt ech déi Kéier alles an engem Artikel loossen. Normalerweis hätt een awer esou eng opmaache missen (wéi se se an der en-wiki och hunn).
Den eenzege Bezuch tëscht TFOR I an TFOR II ass datt TFOR II behaapt den Nofolger vun TFOR I ze sinn, wat sécher eng gutt Reklamm ass, mee fir de Rescht net stëmmt. Dohier kommen dann och déi Hoax-Riff aus der de-wiki, déi mëttlerweil zu enger Läschungshysterie op der ganzer Welt gefouert hunn. Natierlech si souwuel TFOR I wéi TFOR II méi oder wéineger bedeitungslos (enfin, TFOR I ass eng schéin Anekdot fir Sid Vicious Fans an TFOR II huet et mat "Hard Days of Old England" ëmmerhinn an d'Top 20 vun den estlänneschen Charts gepackt), mee dat eleng mécht nach keen Hoax an ass och kee Läschungsgrond (well ween definéiert eis "bedeitend" ?).

Please check the english article and/or the german article as well as their discussion and vfd-discussion. The 1999-2004 band is completely irrelevant or even non-existant see: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Village_pump#Hoax_Article_in_57_languages I think you should remove all the stuff describing the new .... "band" ... or whatever that is. --134.100.120.75 13:21, 30 August 2005 (UTC)

We checked all discussions. TFOR I is actually not more relevant than TFOR II, since the first is only known for its members and the latter had at least a Top 20 hit in the Estonian charts. --Otets 14:43, 30 August 2005 (UTC)

I went once again through all this. It seems that TFOR II is Vennaskond plus some other people. Actually the same scheme as "Toten Hosen" - "Roten Rosen". As at least one CD was published under the alternate name "TFOR II" one should credit the new name with that - but maybe using less space in the article. I'll sleep one night over this. --Otets 14:57, 30 August 2005 (UTC)

You are probably right. I elaborated on that (as sig11) on commons:Village_pump#Hoax_Article_in_57_languages. --217.173.147.84 21:18, 30 August 2005 (UTC)
